MedicinesComplete Planned Maintenance

Information for NHS Trust users

On 27^th April from 9 am we will be refreshing the IP addresses associated with the NHS Gateway which enable seamless access to British National Formulary (BNF) and BNF for Children (BNFC) through MedicinesComplete for NHS Trusts.

We will be taking the utmost care to ensure you do not lose access to BNF and BNFC at this time (we have already asked organisations to confirm IP address(es) in order to ensure a smooth transition; if you have not done so, please confirm your IP address to us as a matter of urgency).

If you should experience loss of access to BNF and BNFC please advise your MedicinesComplete account administrator to get in touch with us at pharmpress-support@rpharms.com, so the issue can be resolved.

Whilst we make this change, BNF and BNFC continues to be immediately available via the following platforms:

• Individuals may register as an NHS user for access to BNF and BNFC through MedicinesComplete here: https://www.pharmaceuticalpress.com/nhs-user-registration/

Please note the planned maintenance will not affect paid subscriptions to publications on MedicinesComplete.
