• Parenteral anticoagulants: updated guidance for use of heparin flushes.
• Sepsis: updated guidance on management.
• Sympathomimetics: updated guidance for septic shock.
• Tuberculosis: updated guidance for multi-drug resistant tuberculosis.

Dose Changes:
