New Monographs
- Olutasidenib is an inhibitor of isocitrate dehydrogenase-1 (IDH1) that is used for the treatment of relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukaemia with an IDH1 mutation.
- Omaveloxolone is an activator of the nuclear factor (erythroid-derived 2)-like 2 (Nrf2) pathway, which is involved in the cellular response to oxidative stress. It is used for the treatment of Friedreich’s ataxia.
- Pirtobrutinib is an inhibitor of Bruton’s tyrosine kinase that is used in the treatment of relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma, and relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukaemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma.
- Zilucoplan is a synthetic macrocyclic peptide that acts as a complement blocker by inhibiting complement activation at both the C5 protein and the C5b protein moiety. It is used in the treatment of generalised myasthenia gravis.
