• BAM-15 is an AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) activator. It may be subject to abuse in sport.
• Elranatamab is a bispecific humanised monoclonal antibody that binds to both the B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) and CD3 receptor on T-cells. It is used in the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma.
• Fezolinetant is a non-hormonal neurokinin-3 receptor antagonist used in the treatment of vasomotor symptoms associated with the menopause.
• Fluorafinil is a potent analogue of adrafinil and may be subject to abuse in sport.
• Lauflumide is a potent analogue of modafinil and may be subject to abuse in sport.
• Ritlecitinib inhibits Janus kinase 3 (JAK3) and the tyrosine kinase expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma (TEC) kinase family. It is used in the treatment of alopecia areata.
• α-Naphthoflavone is reported to be an aromatase inhibitor. It may be subject to abuse in sport.
